One Pot Pasta with Broccoli

This is one of my moms best recipes and a family favorite. The broccoli cooking in the same water as the pasta creates a velvety-silky broccoli sauce when you mix everything together and it’s absolutely delicious. It might seem simple but currently has a cult following amongst my friends who regularly make this for dinner almost weekly. It’s so easy and perfect for a cold Sunday in April.
