Come on 😱😱I was speechless when I ate it. Only difference is @ameliewestvillage which is a French restaurant, dots the pea purée on one side of the plate into varying size circles. I didn’t do that because I didn’t feel like getting out my piping bag but this way absolutely captures the delicious flavors.
