Tuna Crudo

I love tuna crudo! It is one of my favorites. I recently had a slightly similar crudo at @koirestaurants and thought the garlic was fantastic. The blood orange ponzu inspiration is from @wolfgangpuck . This is super simple and you can make it as an appetizer for yourself and a friend, a party app, or even eat it for dinner (I did).
