Tuna Tartare with Homemade Tortilla Chips

It’s the homemade tortilla chips for me. Tuna tartare with avocado, cucumber, scallion, and… home fried tortilla chips. This is actually quite simple to make and I didn’t have a ring mold so I used a mason jar to get that perfect shape!
